摘要
对液压油缸的热处理工艺进行了改进,并对使用改进工艺生产的液压油缸的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:改进工艺的液压油缸的显微组织是马氏体+铁素体;冲击断口有大量的韧窝,具有良好的抗冲击性能;其力学性能超过了原始工艺生产的油缸力学性能。
The heat treatment process of hydraulic oil cylinder was improved. And the microstructure and mechanical properties of the hydraulic oil cylinder produced by the improved process were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the hydraulic oil cylinder produced by the improved process is martensite+ferrite;the impact fracture surface has a lot of dimples, which has good anti impact performance;the mechanical properties exceed those of the oil cylinder produced by the original technology.
