摘要
目的 比较调Q Nd：YAG倍频激光和强脉冲光（IPL）对面部雀斑的治疗效果。方法 选取100例面部雀斑患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予调Q Nd：YAG倍频激 光治疗,波长为532nm。对照组给予IPL治疗,波长560～1 200nm。两组均治疗1～3次,每次 治疗间隔时间为4～6周。于治疗后1～3个月观察治疗效果及不良反应。随访观察复发时间 、复发程度及患者满意程度。结果 观察组治愈43例（86.00%）,平均治愈次数 （1.25±0.56）次,复发16例（32.00%）,平均复发时间（2.34±0.46）年,患者满意44 例（88.00%）; 对照组治愈21例（42.00%）,平均治愈次数（2.33±0.58）次; 复发31例 （62.00%）,平均复发时间（1.24±0.35）年,患者满意度32例（64.00%）。两组疗效比较差 异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）; 两组的不良反应发生率及复发程度比较差异无统 计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 调Q激光治疗面部雀斑较IPL治愈率高,治疗次数少, 治疗效果维持时间长,复发率低,患者满意率高。
Objective To compare the curative effect of the switched Q Nd -YAG frequency multiplication laser and intense pulsed light（IPL）in treatment of the facial freckles. Methods One hundred cases of patients with facial freckles were divided into observation group and control group randomly,each group were 50 cases. Observation group was given the switched Q Nd：YAG frequency multiplication laser treatment,the wavelength was 532 nm.The control group was given IPL treatment,the wavelength was 560～1 200 nm.Teatment of 1～ 3 times for the two groups,each time interval of 4～6 weeks. To observe the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions 1～3 months after treatment. Follow -up and observe the recurrence time,degree of recurrence and the patient satisfaction rate. Results The cure patients of the observation group were 43 cases（86.00%）,the average cure rate times was（1.25±0.56）,16 cases of recurrence（32.00%）,the average recurrence time was（2.34±0.46） years,patient satisfaction 44 cases（88.00%）. The cure patients of the control group were 21 cases（42.00%）,the the average cure rate times was （2.33±0.58）,31 cases of recurrence（62.00%）,and the average recurrence time was（1.24±0.35）years,patients satisfaction were 32 cases （64.00%）,there were statistical significance difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions and the degree of recurrence of the two groups had no statistically significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The cure rate of the switched Q laser in treatment of the facial freckles were better than IPL,the treatment time was more less,the maintenance time of the treatment effect was longer,the recurrence rate was lower,patients satisfaction rate was higher.
