摘要
结合自动化立体仓库的实际工作状况,对其数据通信需求进行了分析,设计出一种立体仓库监控管理系统的通信网络架构。立体仓库与集团ERP通过以太网建立连接,来接收和反馈ERP下传的库操作任务;立体仓库内部通过现场总线与工业以太网架构通信网络,实现上下位之间的数据通信,从而在整体上满足自动化立体仓库监控管理系统的数据通信要求。
According to the actual workflow of AS/RS, the requirements of data communication are analyzed. A communication network architecture in monitor and management system of AS/RS is designed. Inbound or outbound tasks are received from group ERP and the results of these tasks are fed back to group ERP both through Industrial Ethernet.The data communication between host computer and master PLC is built on the basis of the Profibus and Industrial Ethernet. The design of communication network in monitor and management system of AS/RS can meet the requirements of data communication fully.
