摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合神经内分泌拮抗剂治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月-2016年1月我院收治的慢性心衰患者共126例,随机分对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受神经内分泌拮抗剂治疗,观察组接受阿托伐他汀联合神经内分泌拮抗剂治疗。比较两组患者慢性心衰治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率为84.1%,明显高于对照组68.3%（P〈0.05）。治疗后,观察组NT-pro BNP明显低于对照组,射血分数、△QTd、△QTcd明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后观察组LVEDD、LVESD均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合神经内分泌拮抗治疗慢性心衰有较好的临床疗效,可改善心功能,安全可靠,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with neuroendocrine antagonists in treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 126 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital,all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the number of hospitalized.The control group received treatment of neuroendocrine antagonist, the observation group received Atorvastatin combined with neuroendocrine antagonist treatment.The chronic heart failure treatment effect and safety were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 84.1%,significantly higher than 68.3% of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the observation group NT-pro BNP was significantly lower than the control group, ejection fraction,△QTd,△QTcd was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the observation group LVEDD and LVESD were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin in combination with statins neuroendocrine antagonist has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic heart failure can improve cardiac function, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
