摘要
在全球人才争夺战中,科学精英在国际高等教育系统流动已成为常态。谢林分隔模型可用于考察科学精英受到邻域同类数量影响而产生迁移的现象,以及阐释科学精英在大学汇聚的动力学特性及迁移机制。由此,可对我国"双一流"引才战略的实施形成启示与借鉴。
The flow of scientific elites in the international higher education system has become the norm in the global war for talent. Schelling's segregation model is suitable for investigating the mobility of scientific elites which is always influenced by the number of the same kind in the surrounding area. Additionally, it can be used to explain the dynamic characteristic and moving mechanism of gathering talents in universities together. There- fore, it enlightens us to implement the strategy of attracting talents into Chinese world class universities.
