摘要
综述了锂离子电池隔膜的生产工艺,并简述了无纺布隔膜、静电纺丝隔膜、涂层复合隔膜的生产技术对隔膜力学性能、孔隙率、吸液率、离子电导率和使用寿命等的影响。近几年,全球锂电池隔膜市场快速增长,生产商的出货量从2009年的2.40亿m^2增至2014年的11.85亿m2。2014年,国内隔膜产量为5.75亿m^2,预计2016年需求量将达到7.20亿m^2以上。目前,国内中低端隔膜产能过剩,竞争激烈,因此,加强高端隔膜生产技术的研究是国内隔膜的发展趋势。
This paper reviews the fabricating process of lithium-ion battery separator as well as the differences of separators made from nonwovens,electrospinning,coating composite with respect to mechanical properties,porosity,liquid absorption,ion conductivity,and service life of the separator. The global market of lithium separator grows rapidly in recent years, the output of producer increases from240 million square meter in2009 to1.185 billion square meter in2014. The output of the material in China is575 million square meter in2014 and will reach720 million square meter by2016. It is the high end separator where the research is heading thanks to the over capacity of middle and low-end separator and fierce competition in domestic market.
