家长参与式护理在青少年创伤后应激障碍患者中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨家长参与式护理在青少年创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)患者中的应用效果。方法选择96例PTSD患儿分为两组各48例,对两组患儿进行应对反应和情绪稳定等训练,观察组采用家长参与式护理,对照组采用常规护理。结果观察组患儿的应激反应症状以及满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组家长对相关知识和技能的掌握显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论家长参与式护理可减轻患儿的应激反应症状,稳定患儿情绪,利于其早日恢复健康的生活。 Objective To investigate the effect of parental involvement in nursing to teenagers with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Methods A total of 96 cases of teenagers with PTSD were divided into two groups equally. All cases were given training of coping reactions and stabling emotion; in addition, the observation group received parental involvement in nursing, while the control group received normal nursing. Results Patients in the observation group had better performance in stress reaction and higher satisfaction on nursing service than the control group (P〈0.01). Parents in the observation group had better master of knowledge and skills than the control group (P 〈0.01). Conclusions Parental involvement in nursing to teenagers with PTSD can relieve patients' stress reaction symptoms and stabilize their emotions, which is conducive to their early recovery of a healthy life.
