摘要 目的观察互动式孕晚期护理干预对产妇产时认知能力及分娩结局的影响。方法选取700例产妇,随机分为两组各350例,其中对照组产妇给予常规护理,观察组产妇接受互动式孕晚期护理干预,比较两组产妇的产时认知能力、分娩结局。结果在分娩知识、分娩态度、产时应对表现方面观察组产妇优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇的剖宫产率显著低于对照组,自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇的产程时间、并发症发生率以及产后出血量均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互动式孕晚期护理干预有利于提高产妇对分娩的认知,缓解不良情绪,提高自然分娩率,获得良好的分娩结局。 Objective To observe the effect of interactive nursing intervention at third trimester on the intrapartum cognitive ability of puerpera and delivery outcome. Methods A total of 700 cases of puerpera were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given interactive nursing intervention at third trimester. The intrapartum cognitive ability ofpuerpera and delivery outcome were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the delivery knowledge, delivery attitude and intraparmm performance (P〈0.05). The cesarean section rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the natural birth rate was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). The labor time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group, and the incidence of complications and amount of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly fewer than those of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Interactive nursing intervention at third trimester can improve puerpera's cognition of delivery, relieve negative emotions, improve the natural birth rate and obtain a good delivery outcome.
