摘要
通过有限元数值模拟软件ANSYS具有的热-力耦合分析功能,对390Q和16Mn L两种材料不同温度下空冷过程的瞬态温度场和应力场进行了数值模拟,并对两种材料的力学性能试验进行了预测和比较,并与前期试验结果进行对比。结果表明:高强度钢板390Q的各项力学性能优于16Mn L,与试验结果相吻合。研究结果为高强度钢板390Q在国内卡车制造领域的应用提供了理论基础,验证了使用390Q替代16Mn L作为桥壳用钢板原材料的可行性。
Two materials of 390 Q and 16 Mn L of different temperature air- cooling process of transient temperature and stress was simulated through the heat- Mechanics coupled finite element of numerical simulation software ANSYS in this paper. Based on this,the mechanical properties of the two materials were forecast and compared with test results were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the mechanical properties of high- strength steel plate 390 Q superior to the 16 Mn L,and coincides with the experimental results. It will provide a theoretical basis for the high- strength steel plate 390 Q access to applications in the actual production,and The feasibility of using 390 Q to replace 16 Mn L as the raw material of Axle- housing Steel.
