摘要
在日益严峻的大学生"求职难"的社会大环境下,工科学生就业受到了严重冲击。本文通过对大量相关行业资深从业者的实地探访,总结提出了当前社会背景下用人单位对工科学生的素质和能力要求,并为当前工科学生的就业提供了切实可行的指导思路和实践方法。
In the increasingly severe situation of employment, engineering students are greatly affected. Through field interviews on experienced practitioners in the relevant industries, this paper summarizes and proposes the current employers＇ requirements for engineering students＇ qualities and abilities, and offers feasible guiding ideas and practical methods for engineering students＇ employment.
