摘要
铁铑二元磁性合金具备十分独特的磁学特性,在包括激光辅助磁记录在内的多个领域获得了广泛关注。结合铁铑合金薄膜和纳米颗粒的制备及性能调控,系统介绍了近年来针对铁铑合金基础性能方面的研究进展,对该领域理论计算及实验两方面的主要研究成果均进行了回顾。同时,对该领域目前面临的一些问题也进行了总结,提出了一些看法,并展望了今后的发展方向。
FeRh binary magnetic alloy has attracted much attention in many different fields such as heat-assistant magnetic recording (HAMR) technique due to its unique magnetic properties. The research progress on FeRh alloy's basic properties is described in terms of preparation and modification processes. Both theoretical and experimental investigations in recent years are reviewed. Furthermore, future prospect and some challenges are summarized.
