摘要 Haynes 282合金是Haynes公司于2005年开发的新型时效强化型锻造镍基高温合金,使用温度范围为649~927℃。该合金最初的开发目标是航空发动机和燃气轮机,因其具有良好的蠕变强度、热稳定性和优越的可加工性、焊接性能,成为700℃先进超超临界机组(A-USC)重要的候选材料之一。简述了Haynes282合金的微观组织,持久强度、抗蒸汽氧化性能和热稳定性能,讨论了其在A-USC机组、航空发动机、燃气轮机、核反应堆、石油化工设备和军工等诸多领域的应用前景,分析了其有待改进之处。 Haynes 282 is a new gamma-prime (y') strengthened wrought Ni-based superalloy, which is developed for aero and land-based gas turbine engines applications. The 282 alloy exhibits excellent creep strength, thermal stability, fabricability and weldability within 649 ℃ to 927 ℃ temperature range so that it becomes a promising candidate for 700℃ advanced ultra-supercritical (A-USC) power plant applications. Herein, the characteristics of Haynes282, including microstructure, creep strength, oxidation resistance and thermal stability are introduced briefly. The paper discusses applications of Haynes 282 in A-USC, aero-engine, land-based gas turbine engine, nuclear reactor, petro-chemical equipment and military industries, and ends with a simple analysis on its prospect and deficiencies.
