摘要
采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)对天然和改性油菜秸秆进行表征,探究了溶液初始pH值、吸附剂投加量、碱性品红初始质量浓度、吸附时间等因素对天然和改性油菜秸秆吸附碱性品红的影响。实验表明:经酒石酸改性的油菜秸秆对碱性品红的吸附容量较天然油菜秸秆提升了近1倍,最大吸附量由改性前的70.922mg·g^(-1)增加至138.889mg·g^(-1)。298K时,在不调节染料溶液初始pH值,投加量为0.04g,吸附60min条件下,改性油菜秸秆对100mg·L^(-1)碱性品红的去除率达到了95.85%。实验结果符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,相关系数R2值在0.99以上。改性油菜秸秆对碱性品红的吸附符合准二级动力学方程。
In this study,the characteristics of rape straw and modified rape straw were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR).The effects of factors including pH,dosage,the initial concentration of basic magenta and contact time on the adsorption properties of basic magenta by modified and unmodified rape straw were investigated.The results revealed that the addition of tartaric acid in preparation could nearly double the adsorption capacity of rape straw.The maximum adsorption capacity of basic magenta on modified rape straw increased from 70.922mg·g^(-1) to 138.889mg·g^(-1).At 298 K,when pH value was original,the dosage of TRS was 0.04 g,and the initial concentration of basic magenta was 100mg·L^(-1),the maximum adsorption efficiency of basic magenta by TRS was95.85%.The adsorption process was found to be well described by the Langmuir isotherm model with a correlation coefficient R^2 value of above 0.99.Adsorption kinetics by TRS was found to be best represented by the pseudo-second order model.
