摘要
目的:了解同伴教育对大学生肺结核(PTB)防治知识、态度、行为三方面的改变,评价其干预效果。方法:方便选取宝鸡文理学院、宝鸡职业技术学院2所大学,然后随机分组,将宝鸡职业技术学院作为实验组采用PTB同伴教育干预;宝鸡文理学院作为对照组采用学校常规PTB健康教育。采用高校学生PTB防治知识、态度、行为调查问卷分别对同伴教育干预前后干预组和对照组学生进行问卷调查,评价同伴教育效果。结果:干预后干预组PTB防治知识、态度、行为总分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:同伴教育能有效改善高职学生PTB防治知识、态度、行为。
Objective: To understand the changes of the three aspects of knowledge,attitude and behavior about the prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis( TB) among college students,and to evaluate the intervention effect. Methods: The students of Baoji College of Arts and Sciences and Baoji Vocational and Technical College were randomly divided into two groups. The students of Baoji Vocational and Technical College were taken as the experimental group and they were provided peer education intervention and the students of Baoji College of Arts and Science were taken as the control group and they were given routine health education. The questionnaire survey was conducted by using the knowledge,attitude and behavior questionnaire to investigate the effect of peer education before and after the intervention. Results: The total scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of the students were higher in the experimental group than the control group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Application of peer education can effectively improve the knowledge,attitude and behavior in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary TB among vocational college students.
