摘要 在信息技术快速发展的今天,网络社会尤为发达,传统的实体营销模式生存空间日益缩减,"互联网+"正重塑人们的消费习惯。互联网应用凭借其操作简易、便携性、良好的交互体验等特征在人们日常生活中扮演着:"助手"、"玩伴"、"老师"等多种角色。然而,电商平台的注册会员能否得到扩展,能否吸引更多会员购物消费,能否提升客户对电商平台的忠诚度,除依靠电商平台所上架的商品的性价比外,还有一个无法忽视的重要因素——电商平台界面客户体验度。 Today with the rapid development of information technology, Network society is particularly developed, Traditional entity marketing model's living space is reducing, "Internet plus"is reshaping people's consumption habits.
