摘要
传统技术成熟度评价标准主要是以航天和国防装备技术为背景制定的,随着其使用范围越来越广,需要研究更加通用的评价标准。论文主要研究通用技术成熟度评价标准,更突出各级的通用要求、核心要求以及不同级别差异。首先,选取了6个具有代表性的国内外技术成熟度评价标准规范,通过对比分析提出了需要进一步通用化的方面。然后,按照继承性、通用性和易用性原则,重点研究改进了技术成熟度的各级定义、解释说明和有关术语,并举例说明各级要求。
The traditional assessment standards of Technology Readiness Levels(TRL)are formulated mainly based on aerospace and defense technology.As TRL is used more and more widely in the world recently years and technologies to be assessed are more and more diverse,so it is necessary to study more commonly used TRL standard.First,this paper studies on the international mainstream TRL standards of NASA,DoD,DoE,ISO,GJB and Horizon 2020 through comparison and analysis,and puts forward the questions which need to be further addressed.Second,based on the principles of inheritance,commonality and ease of use,this paper mainly aim to improve the definition,description,examples and terms for each TRL grade.
