摘要
为了解决我国海上低渗油田一直面临的酸化注入压力过高的问题,引进了爆燃压裂酸化或称爆燃诱导酸化的技术并在陆丰油田首先运用,其特点是利用爆燃压裂预处理地层从而提升酸液注入能力。针对陆丰13-1油田低渗层的爆燃压裂酸化施工研发了一种专门处理爆燃压裂产生裂缝的高效酸,其基础酸液由盐酸、多元酸、有机弱酸构成,加入了缓蚀剂、防膨剂、表面活性剂、防垢剂和抗氧化剂。实验评价表明该酸液成品对陆丰13-1油田低渗层的岩粉溶蚀率约为26.5%,对N80标准钢片腐蚀速率为1.242 g/m^2·h,具有溶蚀能力强、防膨、缓蚀性能优越的特点,为陆丰油田低渗层的爆燃压裂酸化施工提供了一种可选酸液。
For the purpose of solving the problem of extremely high injection pressure came out in acidizing of offshore wells in China,recommended the so called deflagrate-acidizing technology or deflagrate assisted acidizing technology,which was used firstly in Lufeng oilfield.The feature of this technology is to take advantage of deflagrating to pretreat the reservoirs to reduce injection pressure.Carried out a special effective acid for the fractures produced by deflagrating aimed at the low permeable layers of Lufeng oilfield 13-1.The basic potion of this acid is consisted of a hydrochloric acid, polyatomic acid and organic acid,the additives includs corrosion inhibitor,anti-swelling agent,surfactant,anticrustator and antioxidant. Laboratory results showed that this acid had achieved the dissolution rate of 26.5 %when tested with rock powder from low permeability lays of target oil field and achieved the corrosion rate of 1.242 g/m^2·h when tested with N80 standard steel pieces.In conclusion,this acid has outstanding abilities of dissolving, anti-swelling and corrosion inhibiting.It is an available acid for deflagrate-acidizing in low permeable layers of Lufeng oilfield 13-1.
