摘要
住宅产业化是未来发展的必然趋势。产业化住宅建设周期短,工作条件好,成本较低,环境更友好。尽管如此,住宅产业化在实际推进过程中仍有相当的困难,如何在现有条件下做好产业化住宅的设计施工是值得探讨的问题,对推进住宅产业化的发展有重要意义。论文结合住宅设计施工实践,从技术角度提出了一些目前产业化住宅在设计、施工中解决实际困难的方法,供设计施工人员参考。
National housing industrialization is the inevitable trend of future real estate development. Industrialized house has several good features such as short construction cycle, low investment and maintenance costs, energy conservation and environment protection and so on. In the development of national housing industrialization there will be many mechanism, system and technology problems to be continuously solved. In this paper, some technical advices on the design and construction of industrialized house was given for reference.
