摘要
采用迭代平衡的方法对高强螺栓施加标准预紧力,并考虑高强螺栓预紧力的影响、螺栓帽与盖板之间摩擦的影响、盖板与翼缘或者腹板之间摩擦的影响、螺栓杆与板件孔壁之间非线性接触承压的影响,以非线性通用有限元软件MSC Marc为平台建立了考虑接触摩擦、摩擦滑移和接触承压的高强螺栓拼接三维非线性有限元分析模型。首先模拟了高强螺栓连接的单块板件,并与试验对比验证了模型的可靠性,证实有限元模型可以较好地模拟螺栓的滑移荷载和拼接的极限荷载;然后模拟了高强螺栓梁段拼接节点,并与试验对比证实模拟结果与试验骨架线吻合良好。所提出方法可以较好地模拟拼接节点中高强螺栓的全过程受力性能,可以用于高强螺栓拼接节点的分析和计算。
Standard preload was loaded on the high-strength bolts by using iterative balanced approach,while the influence of the preload of high-strength bolts,friction between the cap and cover bolts,friction between the cap and the flange or web,nonlinear contact pressure between the bolt shank and the wall of holes in the panel were all taken into consideration. Based on the non-linear finite element software MSC Marc,3D nonlinear finite element analysis model of high-strength bolted splice joint was built considering contact friction,frictional slip,and contact pressure. The single plane of high-strength bolted joint was first simulated,and the simulating results were compared with the test results to verify the reliability of the model. In this simulation,it was confirmed that the finite element model could well simulate the bolt slip load and the ultimate load of the bolt. On this basis,a splice joint of high-strength bolted beam was simulated,and the simulation results exhibited a load-displacement curve which was in good agreement with the skeleton curve of the test. The model presented in this paper could well simulate the whole process of the mechanical behavior of the splice joints,which could be used for the analysis and calculation of high-strength bolted splice joint.
