摘要
饲料适口性是影响奶牛采食量、健康和生产性能的主要因素。本文针对影响奶牛饲料适口性的诸多因素分析了近几年奶牛饲料适口性提高技术的研究进展,以便为饲料生产者和奶牛养殖者在奶牛饲料生产和配制中改善其适口性提供参考依据。
Palatability of feedstuff plays a key role in the dry matter intake, health condition and yielding performance of dairy cattle. Based on factors which might affect palatability, this paper summarized the resent development and technology related to improving palatability, for the purpose of providing reference for feedstuff producers and dairy farmers to improve palatability during the process of preparation of feedstuff.
