钢渣-矿渣双掺对水泥基材料性能影响 被引量:1

Effect of double mixed with steel slag and ground granulated blast furnace slag on cement-based materials

摘要 为了提高钢渣的使用率,利用双掺技术,研究钢渣-矿渣复合掺合料对水泥砂浆性能的影响。研究了复合掺合料不同掺量以及掺合料中钢渣比例对水泥砂浆工作性、力学性能及活性指数的影响。研究表明,复合掺合料掺入后,可以改善砂浆工作性;随着钢渣比例的增加,砂浆抗压强度及抗折逐渐降低;钢渣比例为40%~60%时,复合掺合料具有较高的活性指数和良好的强度稳定性。 For raising the utilization of steel slag,the effect of double mixed with steel slag and ground granulated blast furnace slag on cement-based materials was investigated.The workability,mechanical properties and activity index of mortar with different amount of composite admixture was studied,and the effect of different amount of steel slag on mortar was also studied.The test results show that the fluidity is improved due to the addition of composite admixture in mortar.The flexural strength and compressing strength decreases as com-posite admixture dosage increase.The strength stability is excellent and activity index is high while the composite admixture mixed by 40%~60%.
