摘要
结合过去海工混凝土使用外加剂过程中的问题及缺陷并查阅相关资料,结合现场拌合物工作性,从防裂抗蚀增塑剂的组分着手研究,调试增塑剂配合比,提出可提升混凝土工作性和耐久性的防裂抗蚀增塑剂有效配合比。对掺入新型防裂抗蚀增塑剂的混凝土进行性能测试与评价,并优化得到TK-R型防裂抗蚀增塑剂设计配合比,利用其制备的海工混凝土工作性能和耐久性能均符合项目技术要求,并获得了较好的工程应用效果。
Combined with the defects in the process of concrete admixture used in the past,relevant literatures and the construction site workability conditions,a study has been done to propose a new plasticizer formulations which can obviously improve the concrete workability and durability for crack resistant and anti-corrosive performances.It is from components and debugging formula to study the crack resistant and anticorrosive plasticizer.Tests and evaluationshave been done for concrete performance which use of crack resistant and anticorrosive plasti-cizer.The optimization formula has been gained the TK-R type crack resistant and anticorrosive plasticizer.It makes the working performance and durability of marine concrete to achieve the technical requirements of the project,and can order to guide the engineering construction.
