改进型心电定位系统用于PICC尖端定位的研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨改进型心电定位系统在PICC置管中的应用效果。方法将70例行超声引导改良赛丁格技术PICC置管患者随机分为对照组与观察组各35例,对照组采用传统心电图机法心电定位系统进行PICC尖端定位,观察组采用智能手机联合袖珍便携式心电采集盒法的改进型心电定位系统。比较两组PICC置管到位率、心电图波形稳定性、定位耗时和成本、操作者满意度。结果两组PICC尖端到位率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组心电图波形稳定性、定位耗时、定位成本及护士满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论改进型心电定位系统用于PICC尖端定位准确、安全可靠,便携快捷,智能经济,云数据可实现资源共享和远程交流。 Objective To explore the effect of applying improved ECG-guided positioning system in PICC tip positioning.Methods Totally 70 patients to have PICC insertion using ultrasound-guided modified Seldinger technology(MST)were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 35.In the control group,the tip position was determined using electrocardiogram(ECG),while in the observation group it was decided using improved ECG-guided positioning system,which included a pocket ECG data collection box and a smart phone.The rate of correct tip position,stability of ECG waveform,positioning time and cost,as well as satisfaction of the operating nurses were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the rate of correct tip position(P〈0.05),but all the other measurements of the observation group were superior to the control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).ConclusionIt is accurate,safe,reliable,convenient and economical to apply the improved ECG-guided positioning system in PICC tip positioning.Cloud data can help to realize resource sharing and remote communication.
