摘要
目的 探讨I-PASS病情汇报模式在CICU护士交接班中的应用效果。方法 将2015年1~6月CICU收治的809例患者作为对照组,采用传统的床边口头交接班;7~12月收治的867例作为观察组,采用I-PASS病情汇报模式交接班。结果 观察组交接班问题中病情交接不完整、治疗或护理措施遗漏发生率显著低于对照组,护士和患者对交接的满意度显著高于对照组（均P〈0.01）。结论 以I-PASS病情汇报模式进行交接班,可提高护士交接班质量,保障患者安全,提高护士和患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effects of handover among nurses based on I -PASS condition report mode for CICU patients. Methods Totally 809 patients admitted from January to June 2015 in CICU was a control group, who were treated with traditional oral handover beside the bed; while 867 patients admitted from July to December 2015 in CICU was an observation group, who were conducted by using handoff based on I-PASS condition report mode. Results The incidences of incomplete handover and negligence of treatment or nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of nurses and patients regarding handover were significantly higher than those in the control group（all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of the handover based on I-PASS condition report mode enhances quality of handover among nurses, promotes patients＇ safety and improves satisfaction of nurses and patients.
