摘要
海上丝绸之路的开辟,把古老的中国文化、印度文化、波斯文化、阿拉伯文化以及古希腊、古罗马文化连接起来,促进了东西方文明的交流。饮食文化作为岭南文化的重要组成部分,对作为"海上丝绸之路"始发港的汉代合浦地区的社会与文明发展影响深刻。通过史料考析、遗存研究、文化钩沉等方式,对汉代合浦地区的食源、食涵、食器、食习等文化内涵进行探究,以此揭示两汉时期合浦饮食文化的发展态貌与文化特征。
The open-up of Maritime Silk Road links up the ancient Chinese culture, Indian culture, Persian culture, Arabian culture with Ancient Greek and Roman culture, promoting the communication between Eastern and Western civilizations. Catering culture, as an important part of Lingnan culture, has profound impact on social civilization development in the Han Dynasty in Hepu, which was the starting port of Maritime Silk Road. The article takes up a probe into food sources, food containers, food connotations and catering practices in Hepu in the Han Dynasty through historical data investigaions, historical remains research and cultural retrospects with a view to disclosing the general profile of catering cultural development and culture features in Hepu in the Han Dynasty.
