摘要
为研究含Cd水灌溉是否会对已受重金属Cd污染的土壤及污染土壤中种植的水稻各器官中Cd的累积产生影响,采用盆栽试验,种植中稻,设2个处理C1、C2,灌溉水中Cd^(2+)质量浓度分别为0.01、0.05 mg/L,同时以含Cd^(2+)极低的自来水灌溉作对照(CK),全生育期淹水培养。结果表明,含Cd水灌溉增加了土壤总Cd量、Cd有效态量、Cd毒性浸出量,且随着灌溉水中Cd^(2+)的升高而增加。与CK相比,C1和C2处理使水稻根、茎叶、壳、糙米中Cd的累积量分别增加1.11和3.02倍、1.84和2.57倍、0.15和1.48倍、0.15和1.53倍,糙米中Cd量均超过《食品安全国家标准》(GB2762-2012)(0.2 mg/kg)。含Cd水灌溉提高了水稻Cd累积量,应严格控制灌溉水中Cd进入土壤-水稻系统。
In order to find out whether irrigation water with Cd meeting the requirements of agriculture would af- fect Cd accumulation in Cd contaminated soil and in different organs of rice, especially in the brown flee, pot ex- periments were conducted, two treaments were set: Cd concentrations of irrigation water were 0.01 mg/L (C1) and 0.05 mg/L (C2); Irrigation with tap water as CK, all treatments were flooded in the whole stages. The results showed that total Cd contents, effective Cd contents, toxicity leaching Cd contents in the potted soil basically in- creased with the increase of the Cd concentrations in irrigation water. Cd accumulation in root, stem, shell and brown rice of C1 and C2 treatments were increased by 1.11 and 3.02, 1.84 and 2.57, 0.15 and 1.48, 0.15 and 1.53 times, respectively, compared with CK, and the Cd contents in brown rice increased to 0.24 and 0.28 mg/kg, re- spectively, indicating that they all exceeded the National Food Safety (GB2762-2012)(0.2 mg/kg). It could be con- cluded that irrigation water with Cd elevated Cd accumulation in rice, and it should strictly control Cd from irriga- tion water into soil-rice systems.
