摘要
目的探讨农村妇科病普查工作环节的缺陷因素,提出相应的预防改进措施,提高普查率。方法分析本镇农村妇科病现况、健康服务需求问卷调查情况及对武威市凉州区古浪县西靖镇居民进行调查。结果本次调查发现,影响农村妇女妇科疾病普查工作的主要原因包括研究对象文化层次较低、自我保健意识不强、卫生院及相关部门对于妇科疾病普查工作宣传力度不到位、卫生院医疗人员力量不足、普查工作内容较多等有关。结论为减少因工作缺陷对妇科病普查率可能造成的影响,应加强工作人员业务技术及职业素质的培训,规范工作流程和业务督查,同时加强普查人群的宣传,提高知晓率,降低妇科病的发病率保证女性健康。
Objective To study the factors of the insufficient investigation for rural women,propose the corresponding countermeasures and improve the rate of general investigation.Methods The current situation and qeustionnaire for health service for rural women with gynecological disease in the Xijing town,Gulang County,Liangzhou District,Wuwei City was investigated.Results It was found that the major influence factors on the insufficient investigation of rural women with gynecological disease were lower cultural levels,weak consciousness on the self health care,insufficient propaganda of health center and relevant departments,lack of professional medical staff,more works,etc.Conclusion In order to reduce the influence factors on the general investigation rate for rural women,it is necessary to improve the staff’s training of professional skils and quality,standardize the working process and supervision works,enhance the propaganda work,improve the rural women’s awareness rate,reduce the morbidity of gynecological disease and guarantee the rural women’s physical health.
