摘要
目的了解并加强医疗器械清洗消毒质量管理,有效控制医院内部感染。方法选取本院近1个月使用的医疗器械1 500件,送往消毒供应中心集中处理,选用科学的方法对器械进行清洗,最后对清洗消毒过的器械进行严格的检测。比较前后医疗器械的清洁度、光亮度、关节灵活度、锈斑等情况。结果观察组医疗器械表面清洁度、光亮度高于对照组;观察组医疗器械关节、齿纹上的血渍、污垢、锈斑少于对照组,组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强医疗器械清洗消毒质量管理,是有效地控制院内感染的发生的重要手段。
Objective To understand and strengthen the quality management of medical equipment cleaning and disinfection,improve the quality of cleaning,and effectively control the hospital infection.Methods Selected the hospital for nearly 1 months,the use of medical equipment 1 500,senting to the central sterile supply center for the use of scientific methods to clean the equipment,and finally to clean and disinfect equipment for strict testing. Cleanliness,brightness,joint flexibility,rust etc before and after medical devices were compared.Results In the observation group of medical device surface cleanliness and brightness was higher than the control group. In the observation group of medical equipment joint,the tooth profile of blood stains,dirt and rust were less than that of the control group,the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To strengthen the management of medical instrument cleaning and disinfection quality is an important means to effectively control the occurrence of infection.
