摘要
自新华网对2013年十大年度"反转新闻"进行盘点以来,"反转新闻"引起了业内和全社会的广泛关注,因为同那些重大的、正能量的新闻相比,频频热演的"新闻反转剧"似乎有时更让公众"津津乐道"。所以,基于其不同于其他新闻事件的特性,研究"反转新闻"具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文试从"反转新闻"的传播路径入手,在分析"反转新闻"成因的基础上,从立法、媒体和记者三个角度分析规制措施。
Since the 2013 top ten annual inventories of Xinhua net about the ＂inverted news＂, it has aroused widespread concern in the news industry and society. Compared with the great and positive energy news, news inversion appears more relish for the public. Therefore, based on the different characteristics of other news events, ＂inverted news＂ has important theoretical significance and practical significance. On the basis of the analysis about the cause of ＂inversion news＂, this article analyzes the propagation path and discusses the regulations of ＂inverted news＂ from three angles such as legislation, media and reporters.
