轨轮式半自动双侧浇铸机结构优化与分析

摘要 以新型轨轮式半自动双侧浇铸机为研究对象,对浇铸机主要承载部件中凹架进行轻量化设计及优化后的模态分析,同时对浇铸机支架系统进行静力分析。基于Ansys Workbench的优化设计功能,以中凹架总重量为目标函数,总变形量为约束函数,各部分结构的截面尺寸为优化变量,对中凹架进行优化设计;通过模态分析对中凹架结构动态性能进行优化设计,减小振动,提高工作平稳性。对浇包支架系统进行应力及变形分析确定其工作安全性,在薄弱环节进行优化加强处理。优化后浇铸机性能有明显的提高,为浇铸机其它装置的优化设计提供了参考依据。 With new semi-automatic rail-mounted bilateral casting machine as the research object,the study is mainly about the light-weight design and mode analysis after the optimization of the concave frame in main bearing parts of the casting machine.At the same time,static analysis of casting machine support system was made. Based on optimization design function of ANSYS Workbench,with total weight of concave frame as target function,total deformation volume as constrain function,section size of each part structure as optimization variable,the study made optimization design for concave frame by modal analysis. The study has reduced vibration and improved work stability. Its working security was determined through stress and deformation analysis of casting ladle support system. The study has also strengthened processing and optimization of its weak part. The casting machine performance has significantly improved after optimization. The process provides a reference for optimal design of casting machinery and other devices.
