摘要
指出构建医院安全文化存在顶层设计缺失,医务人员职业安全感缺乏,安全文化氛围构建支撑不力等问题。在JCI认证过程中,从建立以质量为核心的管理架构,建立以可测量为前提的标准流程,建立以问题为导向的持续改进机制,建立以员工高度认同为基础的文化氛围4个方面,探讨如何构建医院安全文化。
Problems in hospital safety culture construction included missing top - level design, lack of job security of medi- cal staff, poor support on safety culture, etc. In the JCI certification process, hospital safety culture was constructed from four as- pects, including the establishment of security management structure with the core of quality, the establishment of standard proce- dure with measurable precondition, the establishment of issue - oriented continuous improvement mechanism, and the establish- ment of safety culture atmosphere with the basis of high degree identity of employee.
