摘要
表面质量是单点渐进成形工件质量的重要指标之一。为了优化工艺参数,进一步提高成形工件的表面质量,采用表面粗糙度仪和体式显微镜等仪器设备对金属渐进成形工件表面的鱼鳞状纹路的形成机理进行了实验研究,建立了工件表面"鱼鳞纹"的周期长度与进给速度、主轴转速之间的数学关系,解释了"鱼鳞纹"产生的原因,研究了进给速度、主轴转速等因素对表面质量的影响。实验结果表明可以通过控制进给速度、主轴转速等因素减少鱼鳞纹的影响,进一步提高成形工件的表面质量。
The surface roughness is one of the important indicators of single point incremental. To furthermore optimize the machining parameters and improve the surface quality of the workpieces ,the formation mechanism of the scale veins on the metal incremental froming workpieces was studied through experiment method by surface roughometer,stereascopic microscopes and other instruments and equipment. The influence principle of the spindle speed,the feed speed on the length of scale veins was obtained and building the mathematical model among the length of scale veins ,feed speed and spindle speed. Experimental results demonstrated that the influence of the scale veins formation on the surface of forming workpieces can be reduced by controlling the feed rate ,spindle speed and other factors ,and then the surface quality of forming workpieces can be improved further.
