摘要
目的：观察香菊胶囊配合负压置换疗法治疗小儿鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：将1 000例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各500例。2组均给予鼻窦负压置换治疗,观察组在此基础上给予香菊胶囊口服,每日3次,每次1~2粒,治疗2周。结果：总有效率观察组为97.0%,对照组为75.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。不良反应发生率观察组为8.2%,对照组为14.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：香菊胶囊配合负压置换治疗小儿鼻窦炎临床疗效显著,不良反应小。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of Xiang Ju capsules combined with proetz treatment therapy in treating children with sinusitis. Methods： All 1 000 children were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 500 cases each group. Both groups were treated by proetz treatment therapy, the observation group took Xiang Ju capsules; three times per day, one to two pills each time, for two weeks. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.0%, higher than 75.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Adverse reaction incidence of the observation group was 8.2%, lower than 14.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Xiang Ju capsules combined with proetz treatment therapy are effective in treating children with sinusitis, and it shows minor adverse reactions.
