摘要
针对采煤机滚筒截割参数之间的相关性及其设计流程的复杂性,以某型采煤机滚筒设计为例,系统地介绍了一套简洁、高效的滚筒设计方法。该方法从截割比能耗出发,依次推导出切削厚度、截线距、滚筒转速、牵引速度、截割功率等主要参数,进而利用截齿排列图进行布齿设计,最后通过载荷计算验证设计可行性。该方法全面考虑了各截割参数之间的关系,并引入载荷校验环节,避免参数设计的盲目性,简便易行,对采煤机截割滚筒设计具有较强指导意义。
According to the relativity of cutting parameters of shearer and the complexity of its design process,taking a shearer drums design for example,a laconic and high efficiency method for shearer drums design was provided. It begins at specific energy,and then computes primary parameters of shearer drums with it,such as cut depth,pick Spacing,drum speed,haulage speed,cutter power. Furthermore,a Layout design was carried by drawing the pick arrangement. At last,the feasibility of design was verified by drum's load simulation. This method takes into account the relationship of these Cutting parameters comprehensively,and in order to avoid design blindness,it brings drum's load simulation into checking process. So it's viable and convenient as design guideline for the shearer drums.
