摘要
现代医院建设理念不再简单的以临床救治为目的，将各自独立的研究型医院整合为网络化综合体有其现实需求。研究型医院综合体通过集群成员间的取长补短、协作配合，将临床与科研有机结合，以系统模式运作。加拿大大学健康网络（University Health Network，UHN）在此方面有成熟发展经验，可为我国探索建立研究型医院综合体提供借鉴与启示。
The concept of modern hospital construction is no longer limited to clinical treat- ment. There is practical demand for integration of independent research--oriented hospitals as networked complex. As a system, research--oriented hospital complex is characterized by the complement and cooperation between each other, as well as the organic combination of clinical and scientific research. University Health Network （UHN） in Canada has relevant mature experience, and that may provide enlightenment for our country＇s exploring in the establishment of research-oriented hospital complex.
