摘要
首先介绍了反比例压力阀控制的汽车ABS系统,建立了盘式制动器数学模型,利用液压系统动态仿真软件DSHW建立了具有细长制动管道的汽车ABS系统模型,同时建立汽车ABS实验系统。探讨了细长管道对制动压力响应,结果表明:细长制动管道对制动压力响应存在滞后影响,管道越长,滞后时间越长;在负阶跃响应时比较明显,在正阶跃时滞后比较小。
Firstly the ABS of cars controlled by inversly-propotional pressure valve was introduced,the mathematical models of the Disc Brake were established. Based on the hydraulic simulation software DSHW the ABS system model with slot brake pipeline was set up,and the ABS experiment system of cars was built. The response of slot pipeline on the brake pressure is discussed. The results show that the response of the slot pipeline on the brake pressure is lagging,the longer the pipeline,the longer the lagging time; the lag is obviously bigr when the negative step response and the lag is small when positive step.
