摘要
目的探讨应用精益六西格玛管理对口服药发放流程改造的效果。方法以心血管内科、普通外科住院患者作为对照组,按照改造前口服药发放流程发放口服药;以神经内科、胸心外科住院患者作为观察组,应用精益六西格玛管理理论,按界定阶段、测量阶段、分析阶段、改进阶段、控制阶段5个阶段进行流程改造。结果改进后观察组与对照组患者口服药发放所需时间、发药时患者不在位率、口服药漏服率、服药时间不准确率下降,患者口服药药物名称、剂量、服药时间、药物作用、不良反应知晓率提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论运用精益六西格玛管理可有效提高口服药发放的质量和效率,提高了口服给药的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of modifying Lean Six Sigma process on oral medicine dispensing. Methods The inpatients from cardiovascular medicine and general surgery were recruited as the control group and used the original process on oral medicine dispensing. The inpatients from neurology and cardio- thoracic surgery were recruited as the experimental group,and used the management theory of Lean Six Sigma to conduct process reformation by 5 stages ,inciuding definition phase, measure phase, analysis phase, improvement phase, and control phase. Results After the improvement, the experimental group and the control group on time of oral medicine dispensing, the rate of inpatient outside, the rate of oral medications leakage and the inaccuracy rate of taking time were decreased. The awareness of name,dose, taking time, effect and untoward effect of oral medicines were improved ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of Lcan Six Sigma management can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of oral medicine administration ,and improve the safety of oral medicine administration.
