骨水泥型髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目前,临床上多把半髋关节置换术作为股骨近端囊内骨折的优选治疗方案。总结我院2009年1月至2014年8月收治并获得完整随访的121例高龄股骨颈骨折患者,给予骨水泥型半髋关节置换(HA)及骨水泥型全髋关节置换(THA)手术,术后随访疗效满意,报告如下。
