摘要 由于锥轮—摩擦盘轮—锥轮无级变速传动机构(简称锥轮变速机构)具有传动平稳、噪音很小、结构简单、过载打滑(可避免部件受损)、形式多样等优点,所以在实际传动中,特别是在精密机械与仪器中得到了广泛的应用[1],然而至今尚未见到计算锥轮变速机构传动比的专用公式。文章专题分析及研究锥轮变速机构传动比,并导出一组可付之于实际使用、极其简单的锥轮传动比计算公式。 Because the stepless gearshift mechanism with two cone wheels and a friction disk wheel has such advantages as transmission being stable, low noise, simple configuration, various forms and avoidable damage of elements with overload sliding, it has been widely used in actual practice, especially in precision machines and instruments. But special formula for calculating the transmission ratio of the stepless gearshift mechanism has not been found yet. The authors of this article present an extremely simple formula for calculating the transmission ratio of the stepless gearshift mechanism with two cone-wheels and a friction disk wheel on the basis of analysis and research of typical stepless gearshift mechanisms with two cone wheels and a friction disk wheel.
