徐州市18岁以上常住居民食盐摄入量横断面分析 被引量:1

Salt intake of permanent residents aged 18 years or over: a cross sectional study

摘要 目的分析徐州市18岁以上常住居民食盐摄入情况。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,使用自行设计的问卷进行调查,对42 114名18岁及以上常住居民食盐摄入量进行分析,不同组别食盐摄入量的差异运用t/t′检验进行比较,logistic回归分析影响食盐摄入量的因素。结果徐州市18岁以上常住居民平均食盐摄入量15.50(g/d),男性食盐摄入量高于女性(P<0.01),不同年龄组人群食盐摄入量不同(P<0.01),农村居民食盐摄入量高于城市居民(P<0.01);膳食中盐的主要来源为食盐,其次为咸菜;徐州市85.20%的18岁以上居民食盐摄入量超过6 g/d。结论引导居民养成良好的健康生活方式,提倡少吃盐和盐腌制品、少吃咸菜,增加新鲜蔬菜和水果摄入,养成良好的饮食习惯。 Objective To describe the salt intake of permanent residents aged 18 years or over in Xuzhou City.Methods With the multi-stage cluster random sampling method, 42 114 permanent residents aged 18 years or over were selected and investigated with a self-designed questionnaire for their salt intakes. The t/t′ test was used to check the differences of different groups. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of salt intake. Results Theaverage amount of salt intake of permanent residents aged 18 years or over was 15.50 g per day. The daily salt intakeof men was higher than that of women(P〈0.01), the difference of the daily salt intake among different age groups was significant(P〈0.01), and the daily salt intake of rural residents was higher than that of urban residents(P〈0.01). The main resource of salt was from table salt, and then pickles. Totally 85.20% of the permanent residents aged 18 years or over had salt more than6 g per day in Xuzhou City. Conclusion We should set up the healthy lifestyle guidance, advocating less salt, less salted products and pickles, more fresh vegetable and fruit.
