摘要
以酪蛋白、尿素、可溶性淀粉、交联剂、防腐剂和消泡剂等为原料,经45~55℃溶解、75~80℃熟化、45~50℃过滤、室温陈化24h后制得低电导率酪蛋白胶,同时对制备该酪蛋白胶的温度、反应时间和黏度等进行了对比试验。研究结果表明:该酪蛋白胶的电导率(19.0℃)为51.4mS/cm、黏度(25℃)为3.5Pa·s和pH(25℃)为7.3,并且是一种环保型胶粘剂。
With casein, urea, soluble starch, crosslinker, preservative and antifoaming agent as raw materials, a casein adhesive with low electrical conductivity was prepared after dissolution at 45-55 ℃, curing at 75-80 ℃, filtration at 45-50 ℃ , and aging at room temperature for 24 h. Meanwhile, the experiment contrast of preparing casein adhesive was implemented in temperature, reaction time, and viscosity. The research results showed that the casein adhesive is an environment friendly adhesive, and its conductivity at 19.0 ℃ was 51.4 mS/era, viscosity at 25 ℃ was 3.5 Pa-s, and pH value at 25 ℃ was 7.3.
