摘要
目的探讨下颌神经管在颊舌向位置与下颌骨高度的关系。方法利用螺旋CT对正常青年人下颌骨横断面连续薄层扫描并多平面重建后,测量并计算正常人群中下颌神经管在颊舌向的距离与下颌骨的高度,比较二者之间的关系。结果下颌神经管距颊侧骨板的距离是下颌骨的高度0.00~0.23之间,下颌神经管距舌侧骨板的距离是下颌骨高度的0.08~0.37之间。结论在第一磨牙至颏孔之间下颌神经管偏向颊侧,第一磨牙远中开始下颌神经管偏向舌侧。
Objective To study the relationship between the buccal-lingual position and mandible height mandibular never canal by spiral CT. Methods Mandibles of the healthy youngsters were continu- ously scanned transversally by spiral CT, and then multiplane reconstructed. The distances of mandibular nerve canal in the buccal and lingual position and the heights of the mandibles in the normal population were measured and calculated to compare the relationship between the two. Results The distance from mandibular nerve canal to buccal bone plate is 0.00-0.23 times the height of the mandible, and the distance from mandibular nerve canal to lingual bone plate is 0.08-0.37 times the height of the mandible. Conclusion The mandibular canal is partial to buccal surface from the mental foramen to first molar. And it is partial to the lingual surface from the first molar distal surface.
