摘要
通过断口分析及材料检验,并结合CAE仿真技术分析对开发过程中开裂失效的下控制臂零件做失效分析:发现零件焊接部位的局部应力集中是引起零件在路试后疲劳开裂的根本原因。通过后续的结构优化,降低了零件存在的局部应力集中问题,提高了工艺可加工性,验证表明,改进零件达到设计要求。
The fracture surface and material are tested and analyzed. Combined with the CAE simulation analysis, it is comprehensively judged that the failure root cause is the local stress concentration at the welding location of the original design. By the structure optimization, the local stress con- centration problem is reduced and the process is improved. The experiment result shows: the improved parts meet the design requirements.
