切开复位内固定治疗合并上肢悬吊复合体损伤的复杂肩胛盂骨折 被引量:4

摘要 肩胛盂骨折临床上少见,通常由高能量直接暴力所致,一旦暴力过大,容易合并同侧的上肢悬吊复合体(SSSC)损伤,包括锁骨肩峰端骨折、肩锁关节脱位等,引起肩胛带的不稳定而需手术治疗。笔者回顾性分析2010年5月-2013年10月我院采用切开复位内固定治疗11例合并同侧SSSC损伤的复杂肩胛盂骨折(IdebergⅣ-V型),并获完整随访的所有患者资料,探讨手术方法及近期疗效。现报告如下。
