摘要
现代外科学日新月异的发展呼唤着外科理念的转变。基于外科发展的历史脉络和当代外科的深刻变化,首次提出了基于确定性的外科实践新范式——精准外科。精准外科的特征可概括为确定性、预见性、可控性、集成化、规范化和个体化。它以寻求病灶清除、脏器保护和损伤控制三要素的最佳平衡为策略,以实现高效、安全和微创的多目标优化和患者的最佳康复。精准理念极大地推动了外科的发展,将更广泛地应用于整个医学领域。
The progress in surgery calls for the continuous development and transformation of surgical theories and ideas. Based on the historical trends and technique advances, a novel thought of precision surgery was proposed. The main characteristics of precision surgery was summarized as determinacy, predictability, controllability, integration,standardization and individualization. The strategy of precision surgery is to seek a best balance of maximizing the removal of the target lesions,while maximizing the remnant function and minimizing surgical invasiveness. The concept of precision surgery will be more widely applied in medical fields.
