摘要
晋南蔓菁为十字花科芸薹属植物,具有增强免疫等功效,在当地有"小人参"之称。为了对其所含化学成分及蛋白质的含量有所了解,采用系统预试验方法,对晋南蔓菁可能含有的化学成分进行鉴别,用考马斯亮蓝法测定蔓菁中蛋白质的含量;通过试管反应对蔓菁水提取液、石油醚提取液、95%乙醇提取液进行分析;用p H值为11的氢氧化钠溶液制备供试液,考马斯亮蓝染色法于595 nm处测定吸光度。结果表明,晋南蔓菁中含有蛋白质、多糖、有机酸、甾体、三萜及生物碱等化学成分;测得的蛋白质含量为1.90%。
Jinnan Manjing,which is locally known as"little ginseng",belongs to the genus of Brassicaceae plant. It can enhance the immune system of the organism. In order to understand the chemical composition and the protein content of Manjing,system preliminary test and coomassie blue staining method are used in the experiment respectively. First,use the tube reaction to analyze Jinnan Manjing water extract,petroleum ether extract and 95% ethanol extract;then prepare the test solution with p H 11 Na OH solution,which is used with coomassie blue staining method to measure the absorbance value at595 nm. The tests conclud that Jinnan Manjing contains protein,polysaccharide,organic acids,steroids,triterpenoids and alkaloids,etc. The protein contention in Jinnan Manjing is 1.90%.
