基于LabVIEW的电学测量标准核查系统的设计与实现

摘要 为了实现测量标准的自动核查,本文设计并实现一套能对测量标准进行自动核查的系统。该系统通过分析比较测量标准核查方法,采用了对测量标准的测量过程进行长期统计控制的方法,并采用Lab VIEW图形化编程语言为开发平台,使用Lab SQL数据库操纵模块和调用Microsoft Excel程序来实现数据存储和证书报表生成的功能。通过试用表明:该系统可以避免人工测试工作中的粗大人为误差,提高工作效率,能够很好地满足测量标准自动核查的需要。 In order to realize the automatic verification of measurement standard, an automatic verification system which can verify the measurement standard was designed and implemented. By analyzing comparing measurement standard verification methods, the system adopted a long-term statistical control method in the measuring process. The system adopted LabVIEW which is a graphical programming language as the development platform. LabSQL database manipulation module and Microsoft Excel programs were applied to realize the function of data storage and certificate report generation. Through the trial of the system, the automatic verification system could avoid the gross error in the manual testing work, improve work efficiency and satisfy the needs of measurement standard automatic verification well.
