摘要
目的:评价128层螺旋CT数字减影血管成像在头颈部血管狭窄性疾病诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:筛选2014年5月-2015年12月期间在本院接受128层螺旋CT数字减影血管成像检查(DSCTA)的106例临床怀疑为头颈部血管狭窄性疾病患者,对其影像学资料进行回顾性分析,由头颈部血管诊断经验丰富的3名主治以上医师共同评估血管减影图像质量、血管狭窄程度及斑块性质。结果:106例经128层螺旋CT数字减影血管成像检查患者中,有1例患者检查时制动不良,图像减影质量差,无法诊断;有3例患者未发现血管狭窄;余102例共计发现狭窄118处,有13例患者存在2处或以上血管狭窄:颈动脉(38支),椎-基底动脉(32支),大脑前动脉(15支),大脑中动脉(21支),大脑后动脉(12支)。结论:对106例疑似头颈部血管狭窄性疾病患者进行128层螺旋CT数字减影血管成像检查(DSCTA)分析结果表明,128层螺旋CTA成像清晰(可与常规DSA相媲美),操作简便,能够有效的去除骨质,在评价患者的头颈部血管狭窄方面具有重要价值。
Purpose： evaluation of 128 vascular layer spiral CT digital subtraction angiography（ dsa） imaging in the diagnosis of head and neck vascular stenosis disease. Materials and Methods： screening in May 2014- December 2015 in our hospital during the period of receiving 128 vascular imaging layer spiral CT digital subtraction angiography（ DSCTA） of106 patients with clinical suspicion for head and neck vascular stenosis disease,the imaging data were retrospectively analyzed,by the head and neck vascular diagnosis experienced three above the attending physician to evaluate vascular subtraction angiography image quality,degree of vascular stenosis and the nature of the plaque. Results： 106 cases with 128 layers of spiral CT in patients with vascular imaging,digital subtraction angiography（ dsa） there are 1 patients check brake bad,poor quality of image subtraction,unable to diagnose; There are 3 patients were not found vascular stenosis; Narrow 118 a total of more than 102 cases,there are 13 patients have two or more vascular stenosis,carotid artery（ 38）,vertebral- basilar artery（ 32）,the（ 15） the anterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery（ 21）,posterior cerebral artery（ 12）. Conclusion： 106 cases of suspected in patients with head and neck vascular stenosis disease 128 vascular imaging layer spiral CT digital subtraction angiography（ DSCTA） analysis results show that the 128- story spiral CTA images（ equivalent to that of conventional DSA）,easy to operate,can effectively remove bone,in patients with head and neck vascular stenosis has important value.
