摘要 目的:探讨四腔心切面(FCV)联合三血管切面(3V)在超声产前筛查孕中晚期胎儿先天性心脏病中的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析总结43例先天性心脏病和40例正常胎儿的四腔心和三血管切面,分析各种胎儿心脏病的四腔心和三血管切面的声像图表现。结果:正常胎儿的四腔心、三血管切面的显示率为98%、97%。心脏病胎儿的四腔心、三血管切面的显示率为96%、95%。43例胎心先天性心脏病中FCV异常21例,3V异常20例,FCV或3V异常32例。结论:FCV+3V能简便可靠,可以提高胎儿心脏病的检出率和准确性。 Purpose: Explore the four-chamber view( FCV) joint three-vessel section( 3V) application value of ultrasound in late pregnancy prenatal screening of congenital heart disease. Materials and Methods: A retrospective analysis of43 cases of congenital heart disease are summarized and 40 normal fetuses of four-chamber and three-vessel section,analyze fetal heart disease and three-vessel four-chamber section of sonography. Results: Normal fetal four-chamber heart,three-vessel section of the display was 98%,97%. Fetal heart disease four-chamber heart,three-vessel section of the show was 96%,95%. 43 cases of fetal congenital heart abnormalities in 21 cases of FCV,3V abnormal 20 cases,FCV or 3V abnormalities in32 cases. Conclusion: FCV + 3V can be simple and reliable,can improve the detection rate and the accuracy of the fetal heart.
