摘要
提出采用3种数理统计方法,即正态分布法、对数正态分布法和百分位数法设置油液监测诊断标准,并通过实例进行分析讨论。结果表明,采用3种数理统计方法所设置的油液监测诊断标准,可以用作油液监测实际工作的诊断依据。利用数理统计方法设定油液监测信息参数界限值时,选择的数据总体要包含所研究的信息参数从正常到劣化至润滑油不能继续使用的整个寿命周期实际检测数据。
In the paper, the three method of diagnostic criteria in oil monitoring for wind turbines were discussed, which are respectivele normal distribution, lognormal distribution, cumulative distribution. The applications of the three methods to settings of threshold value of some information parameters in oil monitoring for wind turbines, were analyzed, and the processing results were respectively discussed. The results shows that the setting methods of diagnostic criteria based on the statistical methods can be used in oil monitoring for wind turbines. The research is helpful to improve the level of oil monitoring for wind turbines.
